This program is designed to equip the training Participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective designers of Instruction in corporate setting . Participants will learn how to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of adult learners and organizations and improves their performance Levels by closing the identified performance gaps.
